Delivery & Collection

T-shirts that have custom prints are available for delivery only and not available for collection. All clothing with prints from the community are printed to order and dispatched directly to you, fresh off the print! Delivery takes between 4-6 working days, so sit back, you’ll be looking cool in no time!

Delivery of printed garments is just £2.99 per order or any size, with Royal Mail tracked postage.

Items such as chalk and training aids are being sold from the stock we hold at Boulder Shack and are available for collection only. This is made clear with a yellow box on the product page. Why collection only? We’re running on a small team right now and this really helps us make these products available – at a great price, too! We are generally here for collections on Mondays and Fridays between 10 am and 5 pm. These times may vary but will be shown to you when you checkout. Please just select a collection time window when checking out. This helps us ensure we don’t have queues and that your awesome climbing gear is ready to take away. If you have missed your collection time window then please just call or email using our contact page to arrange another time.


Any t-shirts that have been posted out will have been printed to order, so we are not able to accept returns if it is the wrong size or you decide you no longer want it. We will, of course, replace any damaged items immediately at no extra cost; just contact us here and we will arrange this with you without delay.

If you would like to return an item that you collected from Boulder Shack (anything other than custom printed t-shirts) then please just use our contact form here to arrange a drop-off time. We allow 60 days from purchase to return items for any reason, and ask that they are unused and in the original packing.
